WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

The Lexus Concierge Care Program (the “Program”) is a loyalty program offered by Borneo Motors (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“BMS”) to select customers who have enrolled into the Lexus Prestige Club.

BMS will extend certain rewards and privileges as described in more detail herein, and additional offers may also be extended from time to time. These terms and conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) form the agreement (the “Agreement”) between you (“Member”) and BMS with respect to the Program.

 

UPDATE OF TERMS

BMS reserves the right to update, modify or terminate these Terms at any time as business needs require in its sole discretion without notice or liability to you, and you are hereby invited to visit this page to check these Terms each time you visit the site. By continuing to use this site following such updates to these Terms you agree to be bound by the most recent version of these Terms.

 

BMS’s decision on all matters relating to this service shall be final, binding and conclusive on all parties.

 

AIRPORT TRANSFER

Member will be provided complimentary 8 one-way trips to the airport per calendar year. A maximum of 1 additional stop is allowed per trip.

 

Travelling companions and the amount of luggage must be kept to the recommended capacity of the provided vehicle.

 

All booking requests must be made at least 72 hours (excluding public holidays) prior to the scheduled members’ pickup time via the Booking Portal. The Program is subject to availability upon successful submission of each Booking Request via the Booking Portal.

 

In the event of vehicle breakdown, an alternative vehicle at our discretion will be arranged for the Member.

 

Vehicle type

6-seater Limousines will be provided. But in the event of unforeseen circumstances or unavailability, an alternative vehicle at our discretion will be deployed instead.

 

Amendment of bookings

For Departure and Arrival transfers, we will endeavor on a best effort basis to accept amendments made less than 4 hours prior to pick-up time.

 

Grace period/waiting time

Departure transfer:
A grace period of 15 minutes waiting time will be given for departure transfers and one-way transfers. Thereafter, excess minutes will be rounded up in blocks of 15 minutes. If the waiting time exceeds 45 minutes (including grace period), the booking will be considered as cancelled by customer and the entitlement will be considered as activated/ fulfilled.

Arrival transfer:

A grace period of 45 minutes waiting time will be given for arrival transfer. Thereafter, excess minutes will be rounded up in blocks of 15 minutes. If the waiting time exceeds 75 minutes (including grace period), the booking will be considered as cancelled by customer and the entitlement will be considered as activated/ fulfilled.

 

LIFESTYLE SERVICES: VIP ROOM

Subject to availability and blackout dates (28 January – 12 February; 24 December – 2 January), Members may reserve the L2 VIP Lounge for their private events up to 2 times a calendar year. All booking requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled members’ event date via the Booking Portal.

 

Additional F&B services (chargeable) may be arranged at request. Menu is subject to seasonal ingredients availability. BMS reserves the right to propose alternatives to the menu in the event that seasonal ingredients are not available.

For each booking session, customers are allowed to bring in a maximum of 2 bottles of alcohol, corkage waived.

 

INSURANCE RENEWAL ENQUIRY

Upon request, Members may provide details such as their “no claims discount history” etc to the Lexus Concierge and we will provide quotations for their applicable Lexus vehicle insurance renewal with our in-house insurance partners.

Any quotation provided will be on the assumption that the particulars disclosed are true and accurate. In the event the particulars are subsequently found to be incorrect or lacking, any quotation provided will be voided.

 

When the proposal is accepted or when the cover commences, outstanding premium due must be paid by the Member before the inception of the coverage.

 

No insurance will be in force until the premiums are received and the Policy is issued.

 

AGENTS

BMS shall have the absolute discretion to use any agents, contractors, correspondents or other third party service providers to administer and/or implement the Program. BMS shall not be liable to any clients or third party for any act, omission or neglect on the part of such agents, contractors, correspondents or third parties.

 

BMS is not the supplier of any of the goods and/or services provided by any agent, correspondent or other third party service provider and shall not in any way be liable for any goods, and/or services, the quality or performance of such goods and/or services supplied/provided by any agent, correspondent or other third party service provider. Notwithstanding anything herein, BMS shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by any agent, correspondent or other third party service provider. Neither BMS nor its agents will be responsible for any late pick-up, no-show of vehicle or long travel time as a result of unforeseen conditions such as bad weather, road and traffic conditions (and similar conditions) that may cause clients and/ or travellers to arrive late or miss their flight. Clients and/ or travellers should seek redress and direct any complaints or comments in respect of such goods and services to the respective participating merchant, provider or agent.

 

NO TRANSFER

Membership is tied to ownership of the applicable Lexus vehicles and membership will immediately cease upon sale or transfer of the Lexus vehicle. Membership and program benefits may not be transferred, purchased, sold, assigned, auctioned or traded, including, without limitation, by death or as part of a domestic relations matter. Doing so will void the Member account. Benefits have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.
